The Purdue cross country team heads to the Great Lakes Regional meet on Friday morning, hosted by the University of Wisconsin. The men's 10,000-meter race is scheduled for noon CT while the women's 6,000-meter run will begin at 1:15.

The Boilermakers wrapped up their regular season on Friday at the Hoosier Invitational. Taylor Jones was the top finisher for the Purdue women while Allan Appiah crossed first for the Boilermaker men.

The Purdue cross country teams travel to Bloomington, Ind., for the Hoosier Invitational on Friday. The women's 5k race is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. while the men's 8k will start at 4.

Matthew McClintock finished second at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships and the men's and women's teams had their best finishes in years on Sunday morning. The men finished sixth with 163 points while the women took eighth with 221.

Purdue sophomore Matthew McClintock was named the Big Ten co-Runner of the Week, the Big Ten Conference office announced on Tuesday. McClintock earns his second honor of the season and the fourth of his career.
